Endorsements
“I am recommending this book because there isn’t another on the market that captures this attempt to guide transition of the uniformed military or police.” DEZMUND SOH Former Police Officer, Singapore Police Force

“This book is a practical guide for persons contemplating on a career change. It systematically teases out the intricacies of the person-in-environment fit by exploring individual aspirations with current job trends and challenges. Most importantly, this book is a booster to those who are less adventurous in making life transitions as pragmatic tips are punctuated in every chapter to guide the reader.” DR GILBERT FAN, Futures Studies & Social Work

“I love Dr Wee’s straight-up approach. There’s nothing airy-fairy about the career advice in his books and yet the tone holds your interest, not the usual dry-as-a-bone business book banter. What I love most is that it’s real-life, real-world stuff: first he guides you to making your own career decisions with passion and instinct but then he gives professional, realistic advice about making those decisions happen.” RICHARD TAN, Ex Home team, Singapore Police Force
